Melanie's Amazing Frappuccinos

Melanie, thank you for introducing us to this incredible treat! I can already tell that this is going to be my summer favorite when it's stinking hot around here. And I love that it's a make ahead and freeze goodie. (Although when your freezer is the size of a microwave, it will take some creative maneuvering, but freezing flat in ziploc bags should do the trick.)

3 cups brewed espresso (can be decaf), (FYI: a 3 cup mocha makes about 1 cup of espresso)
1 cup sugar
1 Liter milk (can be whole or 2%)
½ Liter panna fresca/cream
2 Teaspoons vanilla

Makes about 2 Liters.

Dissolve sugar in hot coffee. Cool and add other ingredients. Pour into large plastic bags or plastic containers and stand bags up in some kind of container or pan, just in case they would leak. Put into freezer. Remove from freezer 2 hours before serving. Chop up in bowl and put into glasses.
